Create and Connect

The University Cultural Partners – Museums, Libraries, Laidlaw Music Centre and Byre Theatre – have teamed up to run a programme of culture workshops, to help support your wellbeing.

Now more than ever it’s important to take time for your wellbeing, connect to others, and to St Andrews. If you want to try something new and creative, Create and Connect might be for you.

Creativity is fantastic for your mental health, regardless of skill level. Our sessions have a relaxed atmosphere, and anyone is welcome to take part.

In a session you can expect to meet each other and have the chance to try out a couple of different art forms- whether that be painting, singing, embroidery, or dance.

In first semester 23-24, we will be offering the following workshops on the programme:

  • Wednesday 20 September, 1-3pm – Begin
  • Wednesday 4 October, 1-3pm – Reflect
  • Wednesday 15 November, 1-3pm – Ready
